Tower of Americas: The Chart House restaurant HVAC Renovation. When Landry’s Seafood obtained the contract from City of San Antonio for the Chart House restaurant the contract for renovation and cleaning of the entire HVAC system was awarded to Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning.
AT&T: Up until AT&T moved their headquarters from San Antonio to Dallas, Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning provided building maintenance service to all AT&T buildings in San Antonio for 10+ years. This consisted of emergency water damage mitigation, mold remediation, air duct and air conditioning systems cleaning, carpet cleaning, carpet and tile floor installations, kitchen vent hood maintenance cleaning and more.
HEB: We have successfully provided air duct and HVAC system cleaning and kitchen vent hood cleaning on a regular maintenance schedule to the HEB corporate buildings here in San Antonio for over 15 years.
VA: Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning is presently providing services for the VA hospital in San Antonio and the Hill Country locations. We have successfully provided services to the VA for many years.
Military Bases: We have provided water damage restoration, air duct cleaning, mold remediation, chimney and dryer vent cleaning, carpet and hard surface cleaning and installations for Ft. Sam Houston, Brooke Army Medical Center, Lackland AFB, Randolph AFB, Camp Bullis and the Naval Air Station in Corpus Christi for close to 30 years.
Government Agencies: Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning has provided services for The City of San Antonio and Bexar County buildings for close to 30 years. This also includes the Opportunity Home San Antonio (SAHA), CPS, SAWS and TXDOT.

Hotels: Emily Morgan, Hyatt Regency Riverwalk, Marriot Riverwalk, Marriot River Center, Courtyard by Marriot, Fairfield Inn, La Mansion del Rio are just a few of the prominent hotels that Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning has provided water damage mitigation, smoke damage restoration, carpet, upholstery, drapery, vent hood cleaning, odor neutralization and surface disinfection for.
Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning staged two crews near South Padre Island and responded immediately the morning after Hurricane Brett hit the island. We were part of the first responders there helping large condo complexes and individual homes that were water damaged from the hurricane.
Hurricane Katrina and Rita: In 2005 Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning mobilized a 10-man crew to Louisiana primarily in St. Tammany Parish, New Orleans, Hattiesburg Mississippi, and then Beaumont, Texas working under the Army Corp. of Engineers. We worked there for almost a year completing disaster cleanup and mitigation.
After Hurricane Harvey flooded Houston in 2017 Fresh Air Restoration and Cleaning volunteered without accepting any payment to help lower income residents that did not have insurance coverage. We also brought a smoker pit and smoked brisket for some of the law enforcement first responders in one neighborhood that was badly devastated by flood waters.
