HIGH END HOMES:
Over the 30+ years that we have been serving San Antonio and areas such as Alamo Heights, Olmos Park, Terrel Hills, Stone Oak, The Dominion, Fair Oaks Ranch, Castle Hills, Shavano Park, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Boerne to name a few. Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning has successfully completed projects in mansions owned by prominent business people and famous sports stars.

DISASTER RESONSE:
When tornado’s hit small towns like Lytle, Natalio, Pearsall, Pleasanton south of San Antonio in the late 1990’s Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning deployed crews daily responding to water damaged homes and businesses. We worked directly through the homeowner’s insurance company’s and did not require any up front money from the homeowners. This was a relief to the property owners under their dire circumstances.

Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning staged two crews near South Padre Island and responded immediately the morning after Hurricane Brett hit the island. We were part of the first responders there helping large condo complexes and individual homes that were water damaged from the hurricane.

Hurricane Katrina and Rita: In 2005 Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning mobilized a 10-man crew to Louisiana primarily in St. Tammany Parish, New Orleans, Hattiesburg Mississippi, and then Beaumont, Texas working under the Army Corp. of Engineers. We worked there for almost a year completing disaster cleanup and mitigation.

After Hurricane Harvey flooded Houston in 2017 Fresh Air Restoration and Cleaning volunteered without accepting any payment to help lower income residents that did not have insurance coverage. We also brought a smoker pit and smoked brisket for some of the law enforcement first responders in one neighborhood that was badly devastated by flood waters.
