Alex Nero

President

More than four decades in restoration, with a Bachelor of Arts and credentials spanning TDLR Mold Remediation Contractor, IICRC Water Damage Restoration, ASCR Mechanical Systems Hygiene, Odor Elimination, Fine Fabric & Rug Cleaning and Certified Asbestos Abatement Supervisor.

Led air duct and mold work at Randolph AFB, Lackland AFB, Fort Sam Houston, Camp Stanley and NAS Corpus Christi, plus school districts, universities and commercial facilities, and completed the HVAC renovation at the Tower of the Americas.

Featured on two episodes of A&E's Flip This House (San Antonio). Fishes and hunts with family.

Chris Moreno

General Manager

More than 30 years of experience with Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning, providing expertise in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and residential and commercial air duct cleaning throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas.

As General Manager, Chris is often the first person customers speak with when they need help. He evaluates their concerns, explains practical solutions for water intrusion, mold, and indoor air quality problems, and oversees each project from the initial call through completion.

Chris also supervises Fresh Air's field crews, ensuring work is performed professionally, efficiently, and according to the project's scope. His decades of hands-on experience and commitment to customer service have made him an integral part of Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning.
