Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Sanitary Air, Inc. DBA Fresh Air Restoration & Cleaning and to your use of this website. By requesting an estimate or scheduling service, you agree to them.

Estimates

Estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection. Hidden damage, concealed moisture or additional affected materials discovered during work may change scope and price. We will notify you before performing additional work.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the property, working utilities where required, and authority to perform the work. Emergency dispatch is available 24/7/365; standard scheduling is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Insurance claims

For covered losses we can document the damage and bill your insurance carrier directly. You remain responsible for your deductible and for any charges your carrier denies or deems outside the covered scope.

Payment

Invoices are due on receipt unless a written payment schedule is agreed in advance. Financing may be available through Enhancify, subject to third-party approval. Past-due balances may accrue interest as allowed by Texas law.

Warranty and limits

We warrant our workmanship for the period stated on your work order. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, ongoing leaks not repaired by others, or damage resulting from delayed authorization. Restoration cannot guarantee removal of every stain or odor in materials that are permanently damaged.

Mold remediation

Mold work is performed under Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation rules: TDLR Mold Remediation Company #RCO0176 and TDLR Mold Remediation Contractor #MRC0212. Third-party clearance testing, when required, is arranged independently of our remediation crew.

Communications

By submitting a request you agree we may contact you by phone, text or email about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Cancellation

Non-emergency appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours' notice at no charge. Equipment placed on site remains our property and must be returned in working condition.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Bexar County.
